Welcome to Transport Animal. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Scope of Services

Transport Animal is a platform that helps individuals and businesses organize international pet transportation services, including air travel, ground transfers, and optional concierge solutions.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other harmful material. Any use of automated systems or software to extract data from the Site is prohibited.

3. Information Accuracy

We strive to keep the information on our Site accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. Information provided does not constitute veterinary, legal, or customs advice.

4. Requests and Quotes

Any quote or booking request submitted through our forms or communication channels is subject to confirmation and availability. A confirmed agreement will be governed by separate contractual terms provided at the time of booking.

1. Nature of the Service

Transport for Animal operates solely as a consulting and coordination service provider in connection with animal transportation projects.

Our services consist of providing information, advice, recommendations, and introductions to third-party carriers or specialized logistics providers.

We do not perform the transportation of animals ourselves, nor do we handle, host, or directly manage any logistics operations.

2. No Carrier Status

Transport for Animal is not a carrier, as defined by applicable transport regulations.

Accordingly, we cannot be held responsible for any events occurring during transportation, including but not limited to:

  • delays, losses, injuries, or deaths of animals,
  • incidents or failures attributable to the carrier,
  • conditions of transport, handling of animals, customs or veterinary formalities, or any other operational matter.

3. Responsibility of the Final Carrier

The actual transportation of the animals is carried out by an independent third-party carrier, freely chosen by the client.

The client remains entirely free to accept or decline the proposed carrier introduced by Transport for Animal.

Any contractual or commercial relationship regarding transportation is established directly between the client and the carrier, under their sole and exclusive responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Transport for Animal be held liable for:

  • any fault, negligence, or misconduct by the carrier,
  • any direct or indirect damage, loss, or delay resulting from the transport,
  • any cancellation, modification, or failure in the transport service,
  • any non-compliance or illegality of the carrier.

Our role being strictly limited to consulting and coordination, Transport for Animal’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the consultation fees paid, and only in cases of proven fault directly related to the consulting service provided.

5. Client Acknowledgment

By requesting our services, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer without reservation.

6. User Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that your pet meets all travel requirements, including health certificates, vaccinations, microchipping, and quarantine rules applicable in departure and destination countries.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and layout, is the property of Transport Animal or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Privacy

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of consulting and coordination services by Transport for Animal (“the Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to clients (“the Client” or “you”) in connection with animal transportation projects.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms without limitation or reservation.

2. Nature of the Services

Transport for Animal acts exclusively as a consulting and coordination service provider.

Our role is limited to offering advice, recommendations, and introductions to third-party transport providers or related service operators.

We do not perform any transportation services, nor do we handle, manage, or assume control over the animals, vehicles, or logistics involved in the transportation process.

3. No Carrier or Transporter Status

The Company is not a transport operator, carrier, or freight forwarder.

Accordingly, Transport for Animal shall not be held liable for any aspect of the transport operation, including but not limited to:

  • delays, losses, damages, injuries, or death of animals,
  • acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party transporter,
  • conditions or safety of the transport,
  • customs, import/export, or veterinary formalities, or
  • any legal, regulatory, or operational compliance by the carrier.

All transportation services are performed independently by third-party providers, with whom the Client contracts directly.

The company acts solely as an intermediary connecting animal owners with licensed transport companies. We are not a carrier and do not provide transport services directly. We may receive a referral fee (“business introduction commission”) from transport partners when a booking is made.

4. Client’s Freedom of Choice

The Client remains entirely free to accept or decline any recommendation or introduction made by Transport for Animal .

Any engagement with a carrier or other service provider occurs directly between the Client and that provider, under their sole and exclusive responsibility.

The Company does not guarantee the availability, performance, or quality of services offered by any third-party transporter.

5. Fees and Payment

All consultation and coordination fees are communicated prior to service commencement.

Fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered, regardless of whether the Client chooses to proceed with the proposed transporter or not.

Invoices must be settled in accordance with the payment terms stated therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transport for Animal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • the performance, non-performance, or outcome of any transport service;
  • the actions or negligence of third-party providers; or
  • any loss or damage to animals, cargo, or property during transport.

In any event, the Company’s total liability, if proven, shall not exceed the total amount of consultation fees paid by the Client for the relevant service.

7. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, technical failures, or other force majeure circumstances.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

The Company processes personal data strictly for the purposes of providing its services and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

10. Acceptance of Terms
